Craig Miller, executive producer at Craig Miller Productions and chair of Governor Nathan Deal’s Georgia Film, Music and Digital Entertainment Advisory Commission is out in L.A. as officials thank the studios for supporting Georgia’s entertainment industry.
Says Craig Miller, “I’m in Los Angeles for Georgia Night in LA. Over 400 Georgians and Hollywood Studio Executives relished in the impact that the Film Industry has made in Georgia. Governor Deal and his wife along with Georgia Department of Economic Development Commissioner Pat Wilson, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed and State Representative Tom Taylor were present to thank the Studios personally.”
Miller said the group was especially proud of the news reported earlier in the week regarding Georgia taking the top slot from California as the top destination in 2016 for feature films. “The same day it was announced that Georgia leads the world in feature film production. We have come a long way in 9 years since the Georgia Entertainment Industry Incentive Act was passed by the Georgia Legislature. Congratulations to everyone.”
