A film starting Ryan Gosling is scheduled to shoot in Central Georgia next week. According to a permit from the City of Perry the movie, “First Man” will film scenes Nov. 20-21 near the Georgia National Fairgrounds.
According to the Internet Movie Database (IMDB) the movie is based on the life of Neil Armstrong. He was the first human to walk on the moon. IMDB says Gosling will play Armstrong in the film.
On a map in the permit the production crew plans to film a sequence titled LLTV. According to NASA LLTV stands for Lunar Landing Training Vehicle. On May 6 1968 Armstrong crashed piloting a LLTV.
