Dozens of people gathered Wednesday morning on Broad Street to watch film crews shoot scenes at First Community Bank for Clint Eastwood’s new movie The Mule.
Crowds were ushered onto the median to avoid interfering with filming, and cars slowed down in the street trying to snap a picture of the production.
LaDale Lowe and her sisters had been watching film crews downtown since 6:30 a.m. The trio was hoping to spot Eastwood as the famous actor and director films part of his new movie in downtown Augusta. They planned to be along Broad Street all day and wanted to spot actor Bradley Cooper as well, who will star in the film.
