Henry County resident and recent Georgia College graduate Jeremy Colwell had a hand in creating Marvel’s new film “Ant Man and the Wasp.”
Colwell graduated with a degree in theater and went on to intern last year on the film released this summer. He was one of the first of Georgia College’s interns to work at Pinewood Studios Atlanta located in Fayetteville. The university teamed up with the Georgia Film Academy and offered the Introduction to On-Set Film Production.
The course was “instantly popular” with students. But only a lucky few earn the coveted six-week internship and a chance to work on a real movie set or TV series, college officials said.
