The DeKalb Entertainment Commission to host third Entertainment Expo in October

The DeKalb Entertainment Commission will host its third Entertainment Expo on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at North DeKalb Mall, 2050 Lawrenceville Hwy, Decatur, GA 30033. In addition to the Entertainment Expo, we will have movie screenings from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. The event is an interactive, up-close and personal Entertainment Expo highlighting the abundant resources and information available within DeKalb County and the State of Georgia for DeKalb companies, organizations, professionals and residents in search of to establishing a presence in the film, television, music, and digital entertainment industry.

The 2019 Expo will feature:

  • Panel Sessions
  • Interactive Master Classes
  • Movie Screenings

• One Child Left Behind, Black Girls Guide to Fertility, and Clarkston.

  • One-on-One Meetings with Industry Professionals
  • Industry Related Vendors
  • Take-Home Resources

    The Expo will be an entire day of taking a comprehensive look at the current state of Entertainment, evolving new trends, provide an exclusive experience to learn “How To” in the industry of television and film, walk away with tangible resources and connections to enhance your portfolio and entertainment connections, and provide guidance on how to get into the entertainment business in Georgia. Whether you are a seasoned professional, just starting out in the industry or looking to make a career change, all attendees will walk away with a wealth of knowledge.
